Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly from the tracking link.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes:
For international customers, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Velora by Fadi is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
